PLANS for a new office and research and development facility at Cheadle Royal Business Park have been given the go ahead.
Stockport councillors have granted permission for Muse Developments to develop the building on Oakwater Avenue.
It has been pre-let to materials science company Dow and will house its national management team, technical and sales office, as well as a product research and development (R&D) facility.
The UK and Ireland HQ and the R&D centre in Birch Vale are set to take up residence at Cheadle Royal following the expected completion of the development in spring next year.
The building is the latest development in the £175m business park which is being delivered by national urban regeneration and development specialists Muse.
