Stockport CP Society today announced the launch of their annual charity golf day. The day will take place on Friday 13th September and will be hosted by Heaton Moor Golf Club for the 26th year. Stockport CP are delighted to announce that this year’s day is being sponsored by local construction firm ACS Construction Group. Open to golfers of all abilities, the day has gone from strength to strength over the years, with the 2018 day raising record funds for the society! This year, with the sponsorship and support of ACS, Stockport CP are hoping to lift the fundraising bar once again. With prizes on every hole, team prizes for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and ladies’ teams, a longest putt challenge, drone coverage of the day, a raffle, silent auction and evening entertainment, the day promises to be jam-packed with fun both on and off the course.

Paul Grady, Managing Director of ACS Construction said: We are pleased to be sponsoring this year’s Stockport CP annual golf day. A number of our staff have played in the competition over the years and have witnessed first hand what a fantastic impact the society has on the lives of those with Cerebral Palsy. We encourage keen golfers and other businesses to get involved with the day and show their support, it promises to be a great occasion.

There are plenty of ways for companies and golfers to get involved in the day supporting a fantastic local charity - co-sponsor packages, team spots and hole sponsorships are all available with prices starting from £160.
