Stockport Local Fund has now closed, and Stockport Council would like to thank everyone for their applications.
Councillor Amanda Peers, Cabinet Member for Inclusive Neighbourhoods said: "We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who applied to Stockport Local Fund with their great community idea. We are excited about the possibility of supporting you and look forward to reviewing all the submissions.
"The wonderful applications we're received demonstrate just how many people have fantastic ideas to improve lives and communities. Great ideas come in all shapes and sizes and Stockport Local Fund is there for everyone. This fund is already helping to build stronger communities and will continue to support the amazing work that is taking place at a neighbourhood level."
We will make our decisions soon and contact applicants to let them know the outcome of their application and what the next steps are within 4 weeks.
